Thursday and Friday night fine dining in the Great House featuring chef Joe Smith (a veteran chef of the USVI). Ever-changing menus highlighting steaks, fresh fish and homemade pastas.. We also feature a Global Cuisine Series: a sampling of various menus from around the World … always with an emphasis on locally sourced products. We offer a full line of classic cocktails, premium spirits and a well balanced wine list.
